RMF Long listed for ASBP Award

We are delighted to announce that we have been long listed for the Alliance for Sustainable Building Products 2022 awards.

The 2022 ASBP Awards are the biggest yet, with entries welcomed across three categories including exemplary sustainable building projects, innovative products and forward-thinking initiatives. Submissions were judged by members of the ASBP Board, who have expertise from across the construction industry, and assessed against the ASBP’s “Six Pillars of Sustainable Construction”. The six pillars cover; health and wellbeing, resource efficiency, whole life carbon, ethics and transparency, technical performance and social value. RMF entered the innovative product category with our RMF Eco range.

The RMF Eco range is in the simplest terms a reused raised floor panel that has been saved from landfill, cleaned, randomly tested and re-installed into office fit out projects. We work closely with demolition contractors across the UK to obtain raised flooring being stripped out of projects and over the past 10 years have diverted over 1 million raised floor panels from landfill.

We would like to wish all entrants best of luck with the next stage of judging and we are hoping to bring back an ASBP award to add to our already rather full trophy cabinet!
