RMF feature on West Midlands Innovation Tracker

At RMF we are continually looking for new ways to both spread the word on our RMF Eco range and to inspire construction to be more sustainable, so we were delighted to have been asked to contribute to the West Midlands Innovation Tracker.

The West Midlands Innovation tracker is organised by The Innovation Alliance for the West Midlands and it is a group of organisations active or interested in science and technology based innovation across the West Midlands.

The Innovation Alliance has have two principle objectives:

Build and maintain a thriving innovation ecosystem
Stimulate and catalyse a pipeline of innovation activity

The rationale behind the Innovation alliance is that innovation is a fundamental part of regional growth and it is heavily focussed on throughout regional and national government policies. The Innovation Alliance are guided by the West Midlands Local Industrial Strategy which provides evidence and direction for the need of innovation. They also complement the WMCA Innovation board and are working across both the Black Country, Greater Birmingham, Coventry and Warwickshire local authority partnerships.
