101 Moorgate

Another week another project complete. We are extremely grateful that we are selected to work on such fantastic space and the works at 101 Moorgate are included within that statement.

The project is located a stones throw from Liverpool Street station and is a piece of prime London real estate. The objective of the works were to upgrade the space to a modern and sustainable office space fit for the future.

RMF’s scope of works were;

Supply and installation of RMF Eco Range to levels 1 through to 8
Supply and installation of GIFA Calcium sulphate panels to Level 9
Mechanical fixing of perimeter detail pedestals throughout

The project programme spanned 20 weeks including the requirement to pre-load materials for levels 1 to 4 to make the use of the hoist access.

The project boasts 3 communal terraces on levels 5, 8 and 9, along with 134 cycle spaces and the Moorgate tube station directly opposite. The project has also achieved Wired Score platinum a fantastic achievement.

The project is set to achieve practical completion today and we are sure the vacant spaces wont stay empty for long.
