Unity Campus, Cambridge

RMF were appointed as the sole raised flooring contractor to supply and install the raised access flooring at Phase 2 of the Unity Campus Development in South Cambridge.

The scope of works was to supply and install to buildings A1, A2 and B with each building completed sequentially. The works were completed to a CAT-A standard and comprised of offices and multi occupancy lab space. The buildings were designed speculatively to house future life sciences tenants.

RMF’s works on site included;

Supply and installation of RMF Eco Range to building B
Supply and installation of RMF Heavy Grade PSA screw down panels to lab areas and twice mechanically fixed
Supply and installation of RMF Titan PSA panels
Two coats of PVA sealer
30 Minute AIM cavity barrier

RMF worked in tandem with other trades and the main Tier 1 contractor to work efficiently and safely.
