Finished only a matter of weeks ago, the 19 Dacre St project has been a recent win for team RMF.

19 Dacre St involved the modernisation of an existing heritage building and the addition of two new floors. All this combined with a desire from the client and architect to maximise opportunities for a sustainable retrofit.

19 Dacre St is nestled on a quiet side street only a stones throw from St James’ Park and with Buckingham Palace and Mayfair as not so distant neighbours.

With a focus on sustainable solutions the raised flooring provided the design team with an excellent opportunity for reuse. At RMF we were instructed due to our expertise in the reuse of raised flooring via our award winning RMF Eco Range.

Our scope of works for the raised flooring was to supply and install our RMF Eco Range across floors 1 through to 7. The panels were loose laid and the pedestals were adhesively fixed to suit a 100mm void.

RMF were delighted to support with another sustainable office fit out and offering the client both a carbon and cost saving through the use of reused raised flooring. By selecting to work with RMF they also benefitted from a product with an EPD, full 25 year system warranty, all panels hand checked and inspected plus much more!
