RMF were delighted have been appointed to complete the CAT-B fit out of the new Shoosmiths offices in Birmingham city centre. The new home of the law firm is within the stunning 103 Colmore Row in the heart of the city’s business district.

The new space covers the 11^th, 12^th and 20^th floors at 103 Colmore Row and it’s new home in the second city offers employees and clients alike a truly unique and collaborative workspace.

RMF have completed a number of projects within 103 Colmore Row and the most recent being the stunning terrace featured in an earlier case study. You can read more about that here.

Our scope of works were as follows;

Supply and install new pedestal structure and reinstate panels previously set aside to accommodate clients new design and finishes
Split line works
Ramped areas
Supply and install 30min 45dB AIM cavity barrier to suit 110mm void
To cut around and support both sides of partitions
De-rock of all areas
Floor box cut out’s

Due to the building already being partially occupied and to avoid disruption to tenants all deliveries and offload of materials were completed out of hours. All works were completed on programme and to the highest standard, as is the RMF way.

As you can see from the pictures below the new space is modern, fresh and offers a great hybrid space for all.
