ECO-Range Installation Case Study

CSB Group choose RMF “ECO-Range” for brand new HQ

RMF recently installed 1000m² of the RMF Eco-Range product supplied and installed into the three storey Charles Street Buildings New HQ. Pat Murphy, Director commented, “We chose RMF to supply and install our raised access floor into our new headquarters as they have a great reputation for quality and service and were highly recommended to us. Coupled with the fact they offer a full recycled panel, meant we were able not only to save money on the raised floor package, but improve our BREEAM ratings during the build process, which was extremely important to us”. BREEAM can be used to assess the environmental performance of any type of building, new and existing, anywhere in the world. BREEAM is an internationally recognised brand across the world, setting the standard for sustainability in the built environment.

RMF will also be installing RMF Domus Floor+ porcelain bonded accessible raised floor into the toilets, kitchens and staff canteen areas complete with under floor tanking and bunding for additional flood protection. The design of the new headquarters incorporates a number of external terraces leading off from various offices and the boardroom. RMF will also be installing an external raised floor system to these areas supported on an external plastic pedestal.

Sales Director, Simon Middleton commented,“This project typifies our total understanding and flexibility to bring the right flooring solution to the right parts of the project. We were able to demonstrate the effectiveness of our wide range of products and recycling initiatives,  giving our client peace of mind that we are not just “trading” a product and supplying what we want to sell ,rather than what is actually right for the project”
