RMF Installation and Services Limited was founded in 1989 as a raised flooring refurbishment operation. We have since grown to be a major contractor in the supply and installation of raised floors throughout Europe with a multimillion pound turnover.
We are award winning specialists in the supply and installation of new and recycled raised access flooring, We have fully warranted second user ECO-Range products always in stock suitable for CAT B fit outprojects and we are leading the way in raised floor reclamation and recycling.
RMF are an independent company, based in the Midlands offering a supply and installation service of new raised access flooring through to refurbishing all access flooring and computer floors regardless of their age and condition. RMF can help stamp out the carbon foot print of construction raised access flooring heading for landfill, helping clients improve construction build BREEAM and Ska ratings through our unique recycling initiatives.
Whatever your application, RMF has a solution, innovative developments like the advanced “RMF Titan” unique 29mm thick Gravity Lay or Corner Lock systems designed for strength and durability. The RMF Titan panel is the "shiniest" panel on the market today.
This means that we are able to offer flexible systems from 20mm to 2000mm void height that will meet the correct MOB PF2 PS/Spu UK performance standards for raised access floors, added to our product range are the BSEN 12825 systems.
We contract on a national basis with our team of dedicated contracts managers and installation colleagues, ensuring the same attention to detail from small projects to large alike.

Simon Middleton - Owner Director
Simon joined RMF originally as Sales Director in 2011. Simon has extensive knowledge of the raised access flooring industry and his experience spans working successfully in sales roles within the industry for approaching 25 years, working as Sales Manager, National Sales Manager and Export Sales Manager for various major raised access floor manufacturers within the UK.
This specialist experience put him in pole position for the selection criteria by the then CEO and founder Mr Jon Biggerstaff, “ We identified Simon as a key part of our sales and business development team and we are delighted Simon is now finally part of our board of Directors. His drive, enthusiasm and total determination to take RMF into a bright future is extremely refreshing, an exciting time for the company!”
Ian Jones - Owner Director
Ian has over 30 years specialist contractor experience, formerly working in the ceilings and partitioning sector. Ian joined RMF in 1999 as Contract Manager initially overseeing the European Contracts. He progressed to become Contract Director working on all major UK contracts and took up the helm of Managing Director in 2009, looking after the busy contracts team and successful day to day running of the business.
Ian is a CSCS management card holder, he also holds SMSTS and IOSH safety management certificates and is responsible for the ever changing demands of the company Health and Safety and Environmental activities.

We fully understand that we are as good as our previous projects and this is the main driver of our contracting team and company ethos.
RMF work in collaboration with carefully sourced like-minded suppliers, we use materials which can be recycled or reconditioned, which are produced in an energy efficient manner and produce or create minimal harmful waste when disposed of.
RMF are leading the way in the recycling of existing installed raised access flooring normally bound for landfill offering this back into the interior fit out market.
